Riverbear is the ongoing musical and artistic evolution of Gordon McCaffrey, former lead guitarist, mandolinist and slide guitarist for a local country band. He has also been known as Nighthawk, a name Gordon adopted as a teen in the 1970s. He began to record his own music on a 4 track recorder in 1975. Riverbear can and will always try to surprise and entertain you.
